  • HEATING SYSTEM CLEANING BY BILL LIMOGES

    Now is the Time to Schedule Heating Equipment Installations (Free Estimates), and System Tune-Ups/Cleaning

    It looks like the cold weather is behind us, thank goodness! It was a very challenging heating season, and many, many thanks to all my customers!

    As you have noticed, fuel, and equipment prices have gone up a lot, so now is the time of get installation estimates, and get a locked in your price for a future installation.

    Unfortunately, due to some rather steep increases in costs, I’ve had to raise my price for annual heating equipment cleanings, and tune-ups to $245, for a standard cleaning/tune-up.($275 for proprietary Viessmann burners). Hopefully, things will stabilize, and moderate soon. In the meantime, if you schedule now for a future service I’ll honor the price quoted here. A cleaning and tune-up is the most cost effective way to keep your system running as efficiently, safely, and as environmentally friendly as possible, and has the added benefit of spotting any issues that may cause problems in the future.

    I am a 3rd generation, NH, & VT gas & oil licensed, NORA gold certified, BBB accredited, fully insured heating contractor with over 37+ years in the trade. I service oil, and gas steam systems, water heaters, hydronic & warm air units, as well as other heating equipment, and I service the equipment I sell. I pride myself on the work that I do, and make sure to have the time available for each call to thoroughly go through your system, answer any questions you may have, and give you an accurate, complete report on how your system is doing.
